Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Incoterms & Shipping Modes
We ship under Incoterms® 2020 as stated in your quotation/PI: EXW / FOB / CIF / CPT / DAP / DDP. Modes: courier/air freight/sea freight as agreed.

2. Processing & Lead Time

  • Standard production/packing lead time: 7–21 working days after advance and final specs approval (varies by product).
  • Dispatch occurs after quality checks and compliance documentation.

3. Carriers & Tracking
We use reputed carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, ocean freight forwarders). Tracking details are shared once available.

4. Risk Transfer
Risk passes as per Incoterms chosen. Example: FOB—risk transfers upon loading on the vessel; CIF—we arrange insurance and carriage to destination port; DDP—delivery duty paid at named place.

5. Customs & Clearance
For EXW/FOB/CIF: buyer handles destination customs, duties, and taxes. For DDP: we handle as agreed. Any additional inspections or import permits at destination are buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

6. Packaging
We use export‑grade packaging suitable for the agreed mode (moisture‑barrier/food‑grade where applicable). Custom branding/labels available on request.

7. Delivery Issues
If shipment is lost/damaged in transit, notify carrier and us within 48 hours of receipt/expected receipt and provide photos, AWB/BL, and inspection reports for claims.

8. Restricted Destinations
We do not ship to countries or entities under applicable sanctions or where export is prohibited/restricted.
